I am Kuba Podgorski, a polish artist under the name KUBA, living in Netherlands, currently studying fashion design at Willem de Kooning Academy. Born in 2002, raised in the early stages of the internet. My work is heavily inspired by the difference of an online and offline world, how accessible and compressed sharing knowledge became and how it shaped the whole world. That infinite external memory aid including a mixture of all subjects. As a fashion artist, I want to transfer those feelings into clothing, every garment being not only a visually pleasing piece of clothing but also a conversation started, a beggining of a story.
